1. About FRIYAY
FRIYAY Learning Academy is the applied learning arm of the FRIYAY Learning Framework, founded by Dr. Arjun V. Singar. It provides competency-based masterclasses, workshops, and educational consulting services.
FRIYAY Learning Framework is a Registered Indian Trademark.
Distributed and Differential Assessment (DDA) Method is a Registered Copyright (USA).
All intellectual property belongs exclusively to FRIYAY unless otherwise stated.
2. Eligibility
By enrolling in our programs, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age (or have guardian consent).
- You provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You will use our programs for lawful purposes only.
3. Program Enrollment & Access
- Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment.
- Access details for online programs will be shared via registered email.
- Program duration and access period will be clearly mentioned at the time of enrollment.
- FRIYAY reserves the right to modify schedules due to academic, faculty, or operational reasons.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, frameworks, presentations, PDFs, assessment tools, and proprietary methods are protected under intellectual property laws.
You may NOT:
- Record, reproduce, distribute, or share program content.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit materials.
- Misuse the FRIYAY name, logo, or proprietary methodologies.
Violation may lead to legal action.
5. Payment Terms
- All fees are displayed in INR unless specified otherwise.
- Payments must be made through authorized payment gateways.
- Taxes (if applicable) will be added as per Indian law.
- Fees once paid are subject to the Refund Policy.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants must:
- Maintain respectful communication.
- Avoid harassment or discrimination.
- Refrain from disrupting sessions.
- Maintain confidentiality of peer discussions.
FRIYAY reserves the right to revoke access without refund in case of misconduct.
7. Certification
Where applicable:
- Certificates are issued upon successful completion of program requirements.
- Certification does not guarantee employment or institutional recognition.
- Any collaborative certification (e.g., academic institutions) will be clearly stated.
8. Limitation of Liability
FRIYAY Learning Academy shall not be liable for:
- Technical disruptions beyond reasonable control.
- Career or financial decisions taken based on program participation.
- Indirect or consequential damages.
Participation is voluntary and at the learner’s discretion.
9. Third-Party Collaborations
Programs offered in collaboration with institutions (e.g., NPTEL+ IIT Madras) follow mutually agreed academic standards.
FRIYAY does not control third-party policies.
10. Termination of Access
FRIYAY reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate access for violation of terms.
- Modify or discontinue programs with prior notice.
- Update policies without prior individual notification.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
